Preventive

We believe that "an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure".  We stress to all our patients the need for regular routine cleaning appointments.  More than half  of all adults aged 35 and over have early stages of gum disease.  Three out of four adults are eventually affected by it.  Periodontal disease is the primary cause of tooth loss after age 35.  Our staff of hygienists are here to help you with your preventive care.

Digital X-rays

We have intra-oral cameras in each treatment room so that you can see on a monitor what the doctor can see.  If you ever have a question about a tooth or a gum that is bothering you, we can show you the area in question on the monitor.  When the camera is not being used the monitor also allows you to watch TV if you wish.

Implants, Partials and Dentures

Dental implants are replacements for the root parts of teeth. Implants are placed directly into the jawbone. Once the Oral surgeon has given clearance for the restoration on the implant, a  natural-looking crown, bridge or dentures are attached to the implants to form the tooth-replacement system.

Partial dentures and complete dentures are also options for replacing missing teeth.*

Cosmetic Dentisty*

Your smile is the first thing people see.  Many techniques are available to help you

achieve the best possible smile for you.

Bleaching: Teeth whitening is one of the most popular dental procedures. Discolored or stained teeth may be lightened with a bleaching process.

Veneers:  Porcelain veneers are thin pieces of porcelain used to create the natural look of teeth, while also providing strength and resilience comparable to natural tooth enamel. It is often the material of choice for those looking to make slight position alterations, or to change tooth shape, size, and/or color.  No-prep veneers are also available.  They are as thin as a contact lens.

Crowns and Bridges:  Crowns are often the treatment of choice in situations where tooth decay has destroyed most of the original tooth, when a traumatic event has caused damage, or in cases of severe enamel erosion. Crowns are also an option for people who grind and clench their teeth so much that the original structure of their teeth has been compromised. Bridges replace missing teeth bringing back form and function of the original teeth. Both Crowns and Bridges are made with various materials to give a natural look.
